First, check to see that you have the necessary system requirements.

You can begin online counselling as soon as you finish Step 2. You can do Step 3 right away or in the next few days.

1. Make sure TherapEmail is right for you 2. Register & confirm/set-up PrivacEmailTM account 3. Provide consent
